Saskatchewan. Building an innovative, thriving and sustainable economy.

Saskatchewan Manufacturing Week took place November 30 to December 4, 2015.

Manufacturing is one of three major wealth-generating sectors in the province. Our manufacturers produce a wide range of major goods, and we export about 70% of what we manufacture.

The focus of Saskatchewan Manufacturing Week is to celebrate Saskatchewan's manufacturing expertise, the successes our businesses and communities are achieving, and to highlight the training and career opportunities that are available in Saskatchewan's vibrant and innovative manufacturing sector.

The ingenuity and skill of over 28,000 people and an abundance of resource wealth have driven the growth of Saskatchewan's manufacturing and processing industry, with shipments of about $15.9 billion in 2014.
